The selected candidate will work within a young, innovation-driven team committed to continuous improvement, and will face new and stimulating professional challenges on a daily basis.
Job Title:
Production Planning Office Employee
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling production activities, organizing internal and external process delivery timelines;
- Managing orders using the KANBAN system;
- Assisting and supporting key departments (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse);
- Collaborating with the Technical Department to define bill of materials (BoM) products to be procured.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, WordPress, AS400, and Galileo operating systems;
- Knowledge of Lean Office methodologies;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Hard Skills:
- Mechanical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory);
- English language proficiency at B2 level;
- At least a couple of years of experience in the industry.
Employment Terms:
- Full-time;
- Monday to Friday schedule;
- Employment contract according to the national metalworking industry agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica PMI Confapi);
- Salary (RAL) based on experience.

• Inglese Livello B2 – e altre lingue;
• Esperienza nel ruolo – preferibile come tecnico commerciale.
