Impeller screen "swollow tail"

Particularly surprising is the possibility to obtain an optimum distribution of temperature gradients associated with the carrier fluid of the hot air put into circulation without reversing the impeller direction. The project was improved with experimental tests and CFD simulations, and drove to the identification of a new impeller-screen, whose simple geometry is revolutionary in the results produced: structurally, the shape of the impeller-screen has four sharp bend corners which are reentering respect to a frontal protruded plane, where in the center is mounted the impeller. This extraordinary result allows evident simplifications in the oven frame, in the electronic control and especially in the oven estimated operation time, because the time to stop and restart the impeller, which is in metal and has an high inertia moment, isn’t anymore required.
